Hospitals for a Healthy environment (H2E) has recently developed a new Product and Service Directory, to make the link between its Partner facilities looking for “green” products and services and the suppliers iin the cleaning industry who can help them achieve their goals. Starting September 1st, the Directory will be prominently featured on the organization's website with a link directly from the H2E home page.

H2E currently has some 1,400 hospitals, and more than 5,000 other health care facilities affiliated with the organization. It is dedicated to supporting a healthy healthcare system that embraces safer building products, clean air, energy and water efficiency, safe working practices, and a commitment to public health demonstrated through waste volume and toxicity reduction. The new H2E Product and Service Directory is a natural outgrowth of this vision – a way to enable associated facilities (and anyone who visits the H2E website) to find the products and services that will help them realize true environmental excellence in their operations.  

The Directory is promoted as being the go-to site for those looking for environmentally preferable products and services relevant to health care facilities.
